Document translation

Written translation that reads the way it would if it had been written in the language in the first place, and that looks like the original on the page.

Accurate

Names, dates, numbers and terms are checked against the original, line by line.

Set out properly

Right-to-left scripts and Devanagari are typeset correctly, with layout that matches the source.

Certified when you need it

Official bodies often want a signed statement that the translation is complete and accurate. Tell us who it is for and we will confirm what we can provide.

Plain language

For public information, we can write at a reading level your audience will find easy.

How it works

Three steps, no fuss.

  1. Send the document

A scan or photo is fine for a quote. Tell us the purpose and who will read it.

  2. We quote and agree a deadline

A price and a delivery date, in writing, before any work starts.

  3. Translate and check

Translation, then a second read for accuracy, then delivery as PDF or Word.

Questions

Translation: common questions

Can you translate a certificate for the Home Office or a university?

Tell us the receiving body. Requirements differ, and we will confirm what we can supply, including a signed statement of accuracy where accepted.

What file types can you work with?

Word, PDF, scanned pages and photographs. If the original is handwritten, say so, as it affects the price.

Do you translate into Pashto, Dari, Urdu and Hindi from English only?

Both directions. We translate into English and out of English for all four languages.

Ready when you are

Tell us what you need, and when.

A short call or message is usually enough for us to say what we can arrange and what it will cost.

Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. [email protected]
