Questions
Good to know before you book.
Which languages do you cover?
Pashto, Dari, Urdu, Hindi and English. If you need another language, call or email and we will tell you honestly whether we can help or who might.
Do you work across the whole of Scotland?
Yes. Telephone and video interpreting work from anywhere, and we attend in person across Scotland by arrangement. Tell us the location when you ask.
How quickly can you arrange an interpreter?
Standard bookings take two to three days, express bookings within 24 hours, and urgent same-day requests are possible. Call us and we will tell you what we can do.
Can you translate documents as well as interpret?
Yes. We translate letters, certificates, forms and statements in both directions between English and each of our languages, and can provide a signed statement of accuracy when a receiving body asks for one.
Who uses your service?
Councils, NHS teams, schools, solicitors, housing associations, charities, insurers and private organisations, as well as individuals who need help in an important conversation.
Is what we tell you confidential?
Yes. Interpreters work under confidentiality terms and personal data is handled in line with UK GDPR. See our privacy page for details.
